Change of mind
For hygiene reasons, perfume cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind or scent preference.
Damaged, leaking, wrong or missing items
- Message us on WhatsApp +60 17-684 2008 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos or an unboxing video showing the problem.
- Once approved, we will send a replacement (free shipping), or refund you if a replacement is not available.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 7–14 working days. Vouchers used on the order are not exchangeable for cash.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund before your order is shipped — just WhatsApp us your order number. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
Failed delivery
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping will be charged at the normal shipping rate.
