Where we ship

We currently ship within Malaysia only.

Shipping fees

• RM6 flat rate for 1 bottle
• FREE shipping for 2 bottles or more

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During big sales or festive seasons it may take a little longer.

Delivery time (after dispatch)

• West Malaysia: 2–4 working days
• Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: 4–7 working days

We ship with trusted courier partners through EasyParcel.

Tracking your order

We will WhatsApp you once your parcel ships. You can also track it anytime on our Track order page using your order number and phone number.

Address

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Lost or late parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time, message us on WhatsApp +60 17-684 2008 and we will follow up with the courier for you.
